Workflow for Senior Students
By the end of July: Thesis Adviser completes "Reviews."
By the end of September: Students meet with Thesis Adviser, discuss reviews, and then complete the "Acknowledgement".
By the end of November: Professor finishes meetings and discussion with students.
By 15, January: Professor completes "Approval" process.
